Refund Policy / Quality Guarantee

In the rare instance that you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Chopstix Sorrento, then we are more than happy to provide you with a full refund for purchases of the relevant products by you (excluding freight costs). Provided you let us know that you are not satisfied with the product within 7 days of buying the product, we’ll refund you in full (excluding freight costs).

If Chopstix Sorrento Online reasonably believes that a buyer is abusing our Quality Guarantee, Chopstix Sorrento Online reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Refund Policy / Quality Guarantee in relation to that buyer, cancel any pending orders and/or close that buyer’s account.

Please note that our Refund Policy / Quality Guarantee does not apply to goods that are marked as “Sold as is – no refunds or returns accepted”,

No Other Refunds

Other than in the circumstances outlined above in Refund Policy / Quality Guarantee, no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be made in respect of purchases you make via the Chopstix Sorrento Online Website (https://apollo.hungree.me/) .

This policy may change over time. All changes will be published on this website. The amended policy will apply between us whether or not we have given you specific notice of any change.
